This is blowing my mind. I’m so used to downsizing what I’m eating because there’s so many calories in it… And there’s SO MUCH FOOD here. At 100 calories each. What have I been doing with myself?!

I love this. People need to understand it’s a balance of What you eat and how much of it. You have a set calorie goal, but if you eat it all in one shitty meal you’re robbing yourself. You can eat however you want, but to be truly healthy and get the proper nutrition you need a balance. Sure you can cheat now and then and still make progress. There’s nothing wrong with rewarding yourself for a job well done.
